ファイル名に連番を付ける裏技

ファイル名に連番を付ける裏技 　同一フォルダに似たようなファイルがたまった場合は、ファイル名に連番を付けて管理すると分かりやすい。しかし、１個ずつファイル名を変更するのは面倒だ。次のような裏技を使うと、一括して連番を付けたファイル名に変更できる。

　フォルダを開いたら「表示」-「アイコン」を選んでアイコン表示する。「表示」-「アイコンの整列」を選んで「アイコンの自動整列」のチェックをはずしておく。連番の順を決めるために、フォルダ内でファイル名を自由に並べ替えられるようにするためだ。

　続いて、連番を付けるアイコンを再配置して縦に並べる。この際、若い番号を付けるアイコンを上方に配置する。これらのアイコンを「Shift」キーや「Ctrl」キーを押しながらクリックして選択状態にしたら、一番若い番号を付けるアイコンを右クリックして「名前の変更」を選ぶ。

　ここで、「file (1).bmp」というように、ファイル名の後に()書きの連番を指定して「Enter」キーを押せば、選択したアイコン全てに連番が付く。ファイル名の変更の際に、「file (5).bmp」のような番号を付ければ、連番の初期値を指定することができる。
